Open Council Comment Cards. - discontinued -

The Comment card scheme provided a voice for people to let their feelings be known anonymously in restaurants and cafes about the meal and service they have received. Research has shown that in the U.K there is a culture of low standards partly due to the reluctance of customers to complain even after the most grievous meals. Because the comments made through the Open Council are anonymous the feedback is honest and of value to owners. Members made the cards by downloading and printing out the logo page (the front) and the comment page (the back). Ready made comments were provided but there was also a blank page so that members could insert comments to suit the situation.

The scheme has been discontinued after a raft of complaints to the Open Council from art gallery owners who received comments of a highly abusive nature.

In accordance with the Open Councils Transparent Policy the cards can still be viewed for reference purposes. Open Council Comment Cards
