The Open Council are keen to influence public opinion on the issue of police horse fouling and as part of the strategy our assistants have produced a new sticker that will be going up at various locations in the area. (see right)

The Open Council's campaign to highlight the spate of horse fouling incidents in the Heaton area is gaining momentum.

The latest incident of horse fouling occurred on Rothbury Terrace in Heaton and the Open Council did not hesitate to report it to our adjacent partners at Newcastle City Council.
