This young reveller plays along to the hymns from the church on Grainger Street.
The busking zones are a great way to learn your instrument, build confidence, meet people, make a little extra money and entertain each other.
Barclays Bank are refusing to support Corner Busking
Unfortunately some businesses in the city are already attempting to scupper these plans by claiming that their buildings are rounded and have no 90 degree angles at all and are therefore exempt.
Any 90 degree corner of any building in the city centre will be a licensed busking and performance stage under these new measures proposed by the Open Council.
The Corner Busking scheme will see every street corner marked with a red circle become a designated, fully licensed busking zone.
The Open Council is proposing a new scheme designed to transform the city centre into a lively festival of music and performance.
